Tomoro and Levine Financial Group Are Coming Together

Tomoro is proud to announce that Levine Financial Group and Tomoro are joining forces, bringing together two experienced teams with a long-standing relationship and a shared commitment to client-first financial planning.

This is a moment worth celebrating. It is built on familiarity, trust, and a common belief in helping clients make thoughtful financial decisions with clarity and discipline. Todd, Dave, and Jeremy have known each other for decades and have built their careers around the same values: personal service, coordinated planning, and long-term relationships.

For Levine Financial Group clients, the day-to-day experience stays consistent. Clients will continue working with the people they know and trust, now supported by the broader combined team and expanded resources.

For Tomoro clients, this reflects thoughtful growth. The addition of the Levine Financial Group team strengthens the firm’s depth and supports its continued focus on serving individuals, families, and business owners with a coordinated planning approach.

A natural next step

Financial planning continues to become more complex. Families, business owners, and professionals need guidance that connects investments, taxes, retirement income, estate planning, risk management, and business transition planning.

By coming together, the two teams give clients access to a broader platform while preserving the familiar relationships that have guided their planning.

“This is about continuity and added depth,” said Todd Levine, Managing Partner, Levine Financial Group. “Clients should feel confident that the relationships they value remain in place, with more resources behind the scenes to support them.”

What clients can expect

Clients can expect clear communication throughout the transition. The team’s priority is to make the process smooth, organized, and easy to understand.

For LFG clients, that means:

  • Continuing to work with the advisors and service team they know
  • Receiving clear answers to common questions
  • Reviewing a formal letter and important documents about the assignment of their advisory agreement to Tomoro LLC
  • Gaining access to additional resources from the combined firm
  • Experiencing a thoughtful transition with minimal disruption

For Tomoro clients, this means the firm is growing with intention by adding experienced professionals who share its planning philosophy and service standards.

Built around shared values

The decision to bring the teams together was shaped by a long professional history and a shared view of what clients need from an advisory relationship.

Both teams believe financial advice should be personal, practical, and coordinated. The combined firm gives clients a deeper bench of experience, consistent communication, and disciplined planning support for the long term.

“This is not just about combining firms,” said David Mozeika, Managing Partner, Tomoro. “It is about building a stronger platform for the people and families we serve.”

Tomoro Managing Partner Jeremy Suarez echoed that perspective, emphasizing the shared principles that made the merger a natural progression for both teams.

“When you share the same client-first philosophy, joining forces isn’t just logical; it’s transformative,” he said.

What happens next

Clients will receive direct communication from the team with more details about the transition, including a letter describing the assignment of advisory agreements to Tomoro LLC and copies of the firm’s Form ADV Part 2A, Form CRS, and Privacy Notice. A frequently asked questions section is also available to help answer common questions.

Most clients will not need to take any action beyond reviewing these materials. The team will communicate directly if anything requires attention.

The main takeaway is simple: business as usual, with more behind it. And there’s a brighter Tomoro ahead.

Questions

Clients with questions are encouraged to contact their advisor or reply directly to the announcement email. The team will make sure each question reaches the right person.
